Sizing and fitting varies from designer to designer. Each product has a sizing guide. Please use this to help correctly fit your dog.

Virginia state residents must pay 5% sales tax on all transactions.

Coupons

You may have received a discount code from Pet Pawfection. Some items in the store also have associated coupons that appear on the product page. You may enter a coupon code during the checkout process - typically the second page. Please follow coupon instructions to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Returns

We want for you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. You may return any new, UNUSED, non-food item within 7 days of your receipt of the product. Items will not be accepted if tags are removed. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from all refunds.

Any refund will cover the price of the merchandise only. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also when returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You must also choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking information.

For dog safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on dog treats. Even if unopened, treats leaving our store cannot be returned. We cannot, in good conscience, resell a treat that has not been closely monitored by us. Your dog's safety is important to us!
